Samuel Dalembert
The Philadelphia 76ers traded Samuel Dalembert to the Sacramento Kings for Andres Nocioni and Spencer Hawes on Thursday.
The deal was agreed to on Tuesday night, and the two teams worked out details Thursday morning.
The deal gives the Kings a player they’ve long coveted in Dalembert. The Kings tried to make several deals with the Sixers last year for Dalembert but couldn’t make it happen.
The trade gives the Sixers a physical combo forward in Nocioni and an up-and-coming big man in Hawes.

Jermaine O'Neal
Jermaine O’Neal was ejected from the Miami Heat’s game against Philadelphia after grabbing Samuel Dalembert’s face.
O’Neal departed after receiving two technical fouls in the third quarter Sunday. Dalembert received one technical and remained in the game.
Moments before the confrontation, Dalembert accidentally poked O’Neal in the eye under the basket. Following a timeout, the two were running upcourt when their arms tangled. A foul was called on another player, and O’Neal briefly grabbed Dalembert’s face with one hand before being pulled away.

Andre Iguodala
The Suns are looking to deal Amare Stoudemire and they also have serious interest in 76ers forward Andre Iguodala.
Philadelphia will listen to offers for Iguodala, but they are not believed to be actively shopping him.
An NBA source told CSN Philly that “Phoenix desperately wants Andre. They are pushing this. That I know for a fact.”
One possible deal would send Stoudemire to Philadelphia for Iguodala and center Samuel Dalembert.

Elton Brand
76ers coach Eddie Jordan made the move he had been threatening to make for more than a month: He moved power forward Elton Brand to the bench.
Last night against the Golden State Warriors, Jordan started a lineup of veteran Allen Iverson, rookie Jrue Holiday, Andre Iguodala, Thaddeus Young, and Samuel Dalembert.

Andres Nocioni
There is some hope, according to NBA front-office sources, for a three-way deal that is currently in the exploratory-discussion phase.
Sources told ESPN.com that the Philadelphia 76ers and Sacramento Kings, in considering the feasibility of a Samuel Dalembert-for-Kenny Thomas swap, have discussed expanding that concept with Boston by trying to draw in the Celtics on a potential three-way deal that would land Andres Nocioni with the Celts.
Sources further stressed over the past 48 hours that this should be classified as an ongoing conversation as the teams involved decide how much they like what is on the table.
But the full deal as it stands, if it eventually gets that far, would send Nocioni to Boston, Kenny Thomas, Tony Allen and Brian Scalabrine to Philadelphia and Dalembert and J.R. Giddens to Sacramento.

Samuel Dalembert
Philadelphia general manager Ed Stefanski has worked hard to find a suitor for Samuel Dalembert, but has not had any luck.
A source told the Philadelphia Daily News that, “Stefanski has, over time, gone 0-for-29 around the league.”
Dalembert is owed more than $25 million over the next two seasons.
