David Lee for Anthony Randolph?

Golden State is close to a sign-and-trade with the Knicks that would bring Lee to the Warriors. The Warriors would send Anthony Randolph and a few other pieces to New York for Lee.

Of course, the Knicks will not do anything with Lee until they know for sure what LeBron James is doing, but the Warriors seem to be the front runner if New York does swing a sign-and-trade.

Lee’s laissez-faire approach to defense would seemingly fit well with the Warriors’ offensive-minded scheme, and teaming Lee with a backcourt of Monta Ellis and Stephen Curry would give Golden State a formidable array of scorers.

Check out this interview with Randolph about his signing with the Knicks. Hope he’s worth losing Lee.
