Manu Ginobili

Manu Ginobili underwent a Thursday afternoon MRI that showed a mild left groin strain but no structural damage, and the San Antonio Spurs guard is expected to miss 7-to-10 days.

Ginobili was hurt during the first quarter of Wednesday’s game against Dallas.

The veteran is averaging 14.1 points and 4.2 assists in nine games this season.
